Low distortion F25mm / 2.5 panchromatic lens for high resolution sensors
Vision in the VIS and IR band at the one time with a single objective. The project has been developed considering the severe environmental conditions of use, regarding temperature -30 / + 50 ° C, machine vibrations and humidity.

Hypercentric lens for bottle inspection
The hypercentric lens “Pupil Remoter” was designed specifically for the internal inspection of bottles in the process line. The view from the inside enables the inspection of the bottle across its entire height without getting in. This allows the lens to be used on high-speed lines for all kinds of bottles.
The steps in the execution of the project:

Technical dialogue
Our technical office supports the customer from the definition of the project features t to the choice of the technical solutions to be used.
Quality assurance
We follow all the phases of the project in our factory, from engineering to production. We are thus, able to ensure the compliance of the delivered products to the specifications agreed with the customer in the design phase.
Internal production
We carry out the production internally, up to assembly and final testing. Thus we keep control over the entire process and we guarantee consistency in timing and costing.
